Each session, we explore a new theme—sometimes light, sometimes layered—but always real. This is where we call our energy back. Where we’re free to laugh, cry, breathe, release, and simply be. Through storytelling, dialogue, shared experiences, and collective care, we honour our cycles, our phases, and our journeys.
We begin with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, followed by a rotating selection of workshops—from healing arts to storytelling, creativity to embodiment. We close in a heart-led group discussion, holding space to witness one another as we bloom in our truths.
